well I have definitely procrastinated writing in my blog. it has been on my mind lately and so tonight I decided I would just do it. today was an amazing day. nothing extraordinary happened really, just the fact that I finally got over being lazy and unmotivated to do much. the house definitely showed that and with Melanie working and pregnant, I decided it was up to me to put this house together as we prepare to get ready for our little daughter Rylee in about a month and a half! I think this is what they call nesting lol. it was a Monday Melanie had off so she invited her mother over for dinner and to discuss the baby shower this week. of course having company means cleaning the house. it needed it. its been worse, but with Melanie working and me being home I knew I would be doing a lot of picking up so I got started and never stopped. from noon to 5, I was cleaning, and its still not completely done, but we got the master bedroom and bathroom picked up, started the daunting task of laundry and then I vacuumed and mopped all the floors, did the dishes, and helped with dinner. since Melanie was home today she was in charge of dinner so we had tacos with Cindy and for dessert, homemade brownies and tapioca. i also put together our new baby stroller and play pen, which are really nice things we found for 40% off! I took dyna on a walk and we watched a movie. we didn't make it but half way before poor Melanie was asleep on the couch. after a very productive day I needed to top it off with a blog, one last thing that I haven't done in a while that I have been wanting to be better at. goodnight :)
